Product introduction
All oil-free scroll air compressor: it integrates oil-free scroll air compressor host, three-phase asynchronous / AC permanent magnet synchronous motor, filter, one-way valve, air tank, control element and sheet metal parts; it adopts oil-free scroll air compressor to provide high-quality air source, driven by permanent magnet synchronous machine, which can realize touch screen man-machine dialogue, implement automatic monitoring, automatic adjustment and safety protection; The whole machine is compact, easy to operate, easy to maintain, flexible to move, silent and energy-saving.
Characteristics of JIIAPENG oil free scroll air compressor
1. High reliability.
1) The main parts of the scroll separator compressor are less, which is 1 / 8 of the number of piston machines. A large number of parts reduction is the key factor to improve the reliability.
2) The radius of rotation is small, the linear velocity is only 2m / s, so the wear is small, the mechanical efficiency is high, and the vibration is small.
3) Scientific control of the whole system to ensure more stability.
2. Low noise.
1) Because there is no suction and exhaust valve and complex moving mechanism, the knocking sound of valve plate and blast sound of air flow are eliminated, and the noise is sharply reduced.
2) Suction and exhaust are continuous and stable, more than 6000 times per minute, making the air flow pulsation extremely small.
3. Low energy consumption.
1) Because of the suction boosting effect and no clearance volume, the volume efficiency of scroll air compressor is over 98%.
2) Because several working cavities are gradually compressed, the pressure difference between adjacent working cavities is very small, so the leakage is naturally rare. A compression process is divided into several times, with high thermal efficiency.
3) There is no suction and exhaust valve, so the resistance loss of intake and exhaust is almost zero. The main reason why the scroll compressor is more energy-saving than other air compressors is that there is no friction and wear of moving mechanism and the mechanical efficiency is high.
4. Low maintenance cost. The main engine has fewer parts and less vulnerable parts, which greatly reduces the replacement of parts; the replacement period of parts is long, the use is convenient, the maintenance workload is small, and the maintenance cost is low
